Delete your account.

You can delete your account and everything in your record at any time. In the app, it takes a minute.

In the app

1. Open unvelt on your phone, and go to Settings.
2. Tap Delete, choose Everything, and tap Continue.
3. unvelt shows you what will be removed. Tap Delete everything to confirm.

Without the app

If you can't reach the app, write to privacy@unvelt.co from the email address on your account, and ask us to delete it. We'll delete it and write back to confirm.

What happens next

Your account and everything in your record are deleted, including your days, your check-ins and what unvelt learned about you. Collection stops when you confirm.

We remove it from our active systems promptly, and from backups within a limited period, typically up to 14 days.

We may keep limited information where we need it to comply with the law or to resolve disputes. See the privacy policy.

Deleting can't be undone.

Only want a break? Pause instead, in Settings. Nothing is deleted while it's paused.
